こちらでは1979年創立の前進グループ「ねむの会」から現在の「弘前ねむの会ファミリーコーラス＆ウィークエンド子どもクラブノーザンウイング」までの活動や実積を年表にまとめています。

| 1979 | 「ねむの会」を弘前市に発足しました。 “Nemunokai” was established in Hirosaki City. 「ねむ」は「出会いを大事にしよう」という意味です。 “Nemu” comes from the meaning “let’s treasure our meetings.” 「弘前ねむの会」と名称が変わり、一年に一度、発表会を開催しています。 The name was then changed to “Hirosaki Nemunokai” and once a year a concert is held. |
| 1990 | 「弘前ねむの会」に参加していた親子がいっしょに歌うようになり、 「弘前ねむの会ファミリーコーラス」が発足しました。 Both parents and their children started singing together in “Hirosaki Nemunokai” so the name was changed to “Hirosaki Nemunokai Family Chorus.” |
| 1996 | 大学生や一般の方々も参加し、 第１回定期公演を弘前市駅前市民ホールで開催しました。 The first regularly scheduled performance was held at the Hirosaki City Ekimae Citizen’s Hall, where college students and the public were able to participate. |
| 1997 | この年から、毎年一回１２月に「ねむのクリスマスコンサート」を開催しています。 From this year forward, every December we have held the “Nemuno Christmas Concert.” コンサートの特徴は、歌に手話を取り入れました。 An important aspect of this concert is that sign language is incorporated into the songs. 一番最初の曲は「手のひらを太陽に」です。 The first song sung this way was “Te no hira wo taiyouni” 又、弘前市教育委員会生涯学習課で、「ウイークエンド子どもクラブ」を発足しました。 Also this year, the Hirosaki City Board of Education Lifelong Learning Department created the “Weekend Children’s Club.” 週休二日制になり、土曜日休日の有効活用として子ども達を受入れました。 The school systems were changed to two days off per week and in order to effectively use Saturdays, we started to accept children on this day. |
| 2000～2003 | 「手話ミュージックコンテスト」（in中野サンプラザ－東京）がありました。 “Sign Language Music Concert” was held at the Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo. ４年間参加し、入賞、準優勝、特別賞を受賞しています。 We participated for four years, receiving a prize, winning second place and also receiving a special award. |
| 2005 | 札幌で日中友好「翼コンサート～豆芸術家たちの祭典～」に、 津軽地区公募で子ども達５０人が参加しました。 In Sapporo, we participated in the Japan-China Friendship “Tsubasa Concert – Children’s Artist Festival”, with an open call from the Tsugaru area, we were able to participate with 50 children. 子ども達の名称はこの時から「北の翼 ノーザンウイング」という名称になりました。 From this point on, the children’s group was known as “Kita no Tsubasa, Northern Wing.” |
| 2006 | 弘前の音楽団体がネットワークをつくり、「音楽ネットワーク弘前」が誕生しました。 Musical organizations in Hirosaki formed a networking system, called “Music Network Hirosaki.” ノーザンウイングは、アメリカ ケンタッキー州「金管五重奏 ルイビルクインテット」とコラボレーションをしています。 The Northern Wing Chorus group was able to collaborate with the Louisville Brass Quintet from the state of Kentucky, U.S.A. 曲目は「さんぽ」「いつも何度でも」「となりのトトロ」の3曲です。 The songs were “Sanpo”(Stroll), “Itsumo nando demo” (Always with me), “Tonari no Totoro” (My Neighbor Totoro). |
| 2007 | 国際子ども文化芸術交流実行委員会が発足し、 「弘前ねむの会ファミリーコーラス」代表が実行委員長になりました。 The International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange Executive Committee was established and the representative of the “Hirosaki Nemunokai Family Chorus” was appointed chairperson of this committee. |
| 2009 | 第１回国際子ども文化芸術交流Junior Artist Festivalは韓国交流をしました。 The first International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange, Junior Artist Festival was held with an exchange with the Republic of Korea. |
| 2010 | 第２回国際子ども文化芸術交流Junior Artist Festivalはアメリカ交流をしました。 The second International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange, Junior Artist Festival was held with an exchange with the United States of America. ミッシｪル アーネンセン先生に日本語の歌に英語訳をしていただき、 どんどん英語の歌を覚えています。 Ms. Michele Aanensen translated Japanese songs into English and we were able to start to learn more and more English songs. 弘前城築城400年祭テーマソング「未来へつなぐ」も英語で歌いました。 The theme song for the 400th Anniversary of Hirosaki Castle, “Mirai he tsunagu” ( Bridging the Future) was sung in English. |
| 2011 | 「第１７回ねむのクリスマスコンサート」は桔梗野小学校学区コラボレーションでした。 “The 17th Annual Nemunokai Christmas Concert” was held in collaboration with Kikyono Elementary School District. 桔梗野小学校ジュニアウインドアンサンブル 弘前市立第四中学校合唱部 弘前市吹奏楽団 シニアコーラスRYO、たか丸くんも参加し、 最後に会場のみなさんとともに「スマイル アゲイン」を歌いました。 The Kikyono Elementary School Junior Wind Ensemble, the Hirosaki Dai Yon Junior High School Chorus Group, the Hirosaki City Brass Band, the Senior Chorus RYO, and Takamarukun participated. At the end of the concert, everyone at the concert, both participants and audience members sang the song “Smile Again” together. |
| 2012 | 第３回国際子ども文化芸術交流Junior Artist Festivalはインドネシア共和国バリ島交流でした。 The third International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange Junior Artist Festival was held with an exchange with the province of Bali, from the Republic of Indonesia. 黒石市在住のインドネシア人三上 ケトゥトゥ ルンデグさんから、インドネシア語をたくさん、教えていただきました。 Mr. Ketut Rundeg Mikami, from Indonesia and a resident of Kuroishi City, was able to teach us many Indonesian phrases. バリ島の子ども達の民俗楽器「ガムラン」演奏や踊りは素晴らしかったです。 The traditional “Gamelan” instruments, music and dance of Bali performed by the children from Bali was amazing. ノーザンウイングの司会は弘前市民会館いっぱいの人の前で、大きな声で司会します。 The children of the Northern Wing Chorus Group were presenters and they were able to present in a very loud and clear voice in front of a full house at the Hirosaki City Citizen’s Hall. 歯切れのよい日本語、手話の巧みさ、英語発音のすばらしさが、 多くの方々に感動を与えています。 Their beautifully articulated Japanese, skillful sign language, and superb English pronunciation inspired and moved many people in the audience. |
| 2013 | 弘前市役所 弘前市民文化スポーツ部文化スポーツ振興課による ～子ども才能育成アクションプラン～「手話音楽等体験育成事業」の担当者として、 弘前ねむの会ファミリーコーラスが運営にあたることになりました。 We have received recognition for our work from the Hirosaki City Government: Hirosaki City Citizens Culture and Sports Department; Culture and Sports Promotion Division and through them, the Hirosaki Nemu no kai Family Chorus was chosen to operate the “Action plan for the cultivation of children’s abilities: Project for the promotion of the experience of sign language, music etc.” 英語：櫻庭みゆき、ミッシｪル アーネンセン English: Miyuki SAKURABA, Michele AANENSEN ピアノ：鈴木久巳子 Piano: Kumiko SUZUKI バイオリン：熊谷友見子 Violin: Yumiko KUMAGAI 各先生方のご協力で 弘前市立北小学校全校音楽集会・弘前市立北小学校「音楽クラブ」指導 弘前市こどもアート体験広場2013参加 弘前市立桔梗野小学校「校歌」を英語で歌っています。 With the help of these teachers, we were able to hold the Hirosaki City Kita Elementary School all student music program, mentor the Hirosaki City Kita Elementary School “Music Club”, participate in the Hirosaki Kodomo Art Taiken Hiroba 2013 (Hirosaki City Children’s Art Experience 2013), and sing the school song of Hirosaki City Kikyono Elementary School in English. |
| 2014 | ～子ども才能育成アクションプラン～「手話音楽等体験育成事業」のⅡ期目です。 This year was the second term of the “Action plan for the cultivation of children’s abilities: Project for the promotion of the experience of sign language, music etc.” ６月には「石のむろじ」「弘前市民文化交流館」７月こどもアート体験ひろば「弘前市総合学習センター」で３回のワークショップをしました。 There were three workshops this year: in June at “Ishi no Muroji” and at the ”Hirosaki Citizens Culture Exchange Hall”, in July at the “Hirosaki Kodomo Art Taiken Hiroba” (Hirosaki City Children’s Art Experience ) held at the “Hirosaki City Sougo Gakushu Center.” 弘前市立北小学校「校歌」を英語で歌っていました。 We sang the school song of Hirosaki City Kita Elementary School. |
| 2015 | ～子ども才能育成アクションプラン～「手話音楽等体験育成事業」のⅢ期目です。 This year was the third term of the “Action plan for the cultivation of children’s abilities: Project for the promotion of the experience of sign language, music etc.” ７月５日「国際子ども文化芸術交流Junior Artist Festival日台交流」に参加しました。一人一人、手話をつけた日本語と英語司会、又歌の英語、台湾中国語を学び力を付け、台湾の友だち、弘前の友だちと一緒に英語でうたいました。 On July 5th we participated in the International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange, Junior Artist Festival – Japan Taiwan Exchange. Each member emceed the event in English, and Japanese accompanied with sign language. They also sung in English and learned Taiwanese. Taiwanese friends along with Hirosaki friends were able to sing together in English. 今年、弘前市立大成小学校 校歌を英語で歌いました。大成小学校は2009年国際子ども文化芸術交流日韓交流のとき、学校交流の機会がありました。今回、一緒に校歌を歌えるのが楽しみです。 This year, we sang the Hirosaki City Taisei Elementary School song in English. Taisei Elementary School had the opportunity to participate in a school exchange at the time of the 2009 International Children’s Traditional Culture and Art Exchange, Junior Artist Festival – Japan Korea Exchange. This time, we are looking forward to singing their school song together with them. 今回、２５周年２０回目の「ねむのクリスマスコンサート」になりました。 これからも、大人の「弘前ねむの会ファミリーコーラス」と子どもの「ノーザンウイング」が仲よく一緒に歌っていこうと思います。 皆さん、よろしくお願い致します。 This year is the 25th year of Nemunokai and 20th “Nemuno Christmas Concert.” We would like to continue to sing as the “Hirosaki Nemunokai Family Chorus” for adults and for children “Northern Wing”. We hope that you will continue with us on this journey! |
